The company's principal, Elio A. DiBiase, personally reviews these loans. Since 1987, Mr. DiBiase has been actively involved in the real estate and financing markets of Massachusetts and Florida. He has served as a loan officer for a mortgage brokerage business and owned a commercial real estate development firm that produced multi-million dollar projects. His educational background includes a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire as well as a specialized M.B.A. in Real Estate Development from Nova Southeastern University in Florida. He currently holds real estate licenses in Massachusetts and Florida as well as his Massachusetts Construction Supervisor's License and is a state certified Florida General Contractor.
